Shipping Information

Toner Cartridge Shop offers free shipping within mainland USA.  Products are shipped via Fedex Ground and USPS. Additional charges will apply for the following

  • expedited shipping such as overnight or 3 day delivery
  • handling for oversized items which require freight delivery.  Please contact any of our friendly sales representatives for details
  • deliveries to states outside of mainland USA such as Hawaii and Alaska
  • international delivery

When receiving packages we advise all customers to inspect their merchandise prior to signing or acknowledging any delivery.  Toner Cartridge Shop will not process any damage claims for products that were confirmed to have been received in good condition. Customers are given 7 days to request returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged during shipment.

We do not deliver to PO Box number or APO addresses.  Please indicate an alternate shipping address. 

Normal turnaround time is approximately 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

Return Policy

Customers may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery.  A refund for the amount of the product, less a re-stocking fee of 10%, will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the product has been inspected at our warehouse and verified to be in good condition.

Toner Cartridge Shop reserves the right to refuse any item that is damaged.  Shipping costs for all returns shall be paid for by the customer. We strongly advise that returned packages be insured with your preferred shipping company to cover any possible damages during transportation.

Customers who wish to return an item must first secure a return authorization number from our customer service department.  We shall then reply via email to confirm the address to which the product can be returned. Our receiving department will refuse all returned items not marked with a valid authorization number. We require that all items for return must be packed securely in their original box.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not allowed for items that have already been shipped. Refusals will result to a 25% penalty fee. However, exceptions apply to items that are damaged, defective, or mis-shipped. Clicking the checkout button is tantamount to agreeing with all the policies stated above.
